Bio

Amy Wallen is the Associate Director of the New York State Summer Writers Institute in Saratoga Springs, NY.  She also teaches creative writing classes at UC San Diego Extension.  She's had essays published in The Gettysburg ReviewThe Normal School, Country Living and other national magazines and anthologies.  Wallen's first book, a novel called MoonPies & Movie Stars, was a Los Angeles Times bestseller.
