Form for in-text citations: author's last name and page number in parentheses, example: (Wilson 67). If you mention the author in your text, you can omit it from the in-text citation. Example: "Wilson points out .... " (67).
The bibliography for your paper should begin on a new page and be entitled "Works Cited." Alphabetize the works cited by author's last name, or by title if no author is known.
Book Citation:
Author's name. Title of book. Name of Publisher, date of publication.
Example:
Zipe, Jack. Breaking the Magic Spell: Radical Theories of Folk and Fairy Tales. University Press of Kentucky, 2002.
Article in a Scholarly Journal Citation:
Author's name. "Title of article." Journal title, volume.issue, date, pages. Database (online only) Access -day, month year. (online only)

Article from an Online Database:

Web Page Citation:
Author name (if available). Title of work (italicized if the work is independent; in roman type and quotation marks if part of a larger work). Title of Web Site, date of publication as available, url, date of access - day, month, year.
